I specialize in mind-body wellness. I use an integrative coaching/treatment approach to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle, fulfilling career, and satisfying relationships.
Example of an integrative coaching/treatment approach: Someone comes to me for help with his/her depression. In addition to providing standard treatment for depression such as CBT, I also assess for overall health and health behavior participation. My client and I then jointly develop a treatment plan that includes a personalized fitness component. The plan works because it is based on his/her strengths and preferences. As a result, not only does the depression improve quicker with less likelihood for relapse, my client also achieves better overall health.
